Kerja Sepenuh Masa PROGRAMMING ENGINEER, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di SHUANGFEI WIRE HARNESS SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibility

1. Lead commissioning activities for a new assembly line including supervising and program management of activities required to achieve PPAP, cycle-time and capacity

2. Collaborate with Production Engineers and leaders to ensure a successful ramp and long-term production

3. To ensure manufacturability without compromising product function or performance

4. Ensure the projects meet the safety, quality, cost, schedule and capacity goals

5. Provide training to operator, IPQC and IQC inspectors to perform effective inspection or operation

6. Responsible for CCB, Fuse Scanner and Clipping board layout

7. Ensure internal programming meet customer requirements and specifications

8. Responsible for customer process audit, NPI qualification audit and product audit

9. Responsible for ECN, coordinating purging activities and documentation revision

10. Rectify the non-conformance production process

11. Convert design drawings into CCB, Fuse Scanner and Clipping Board program.

12. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by HOD from time to time.

13. Perform capacity study, line balancing and implement lean manufacturing system

Competency

1. Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent

2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Attended 5 core tools and IATF16949:2016 requirements trainings.

4. Proficient in using AutoCAD (2D & 3D), CATIA, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

5. Experience in Yamazumi, CP, FMEA, BOM, process improvement and Poka-Yoke techniques

6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
