About the Role

We are looking for an Executive – Sales Support to provide operational and administrative support to our Sales team.

This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth execution following the completion of commercial sales activities. You will work closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure sales contracts, billing information, system records and related commercial activities are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in the administration and execution of sales activities following confirmation of customer orders and commercial terms.
• Create, maintain and update sales contracts in JDE, ensuring information is complete and accurate.
• Process contract amendments, updates and other sales-related transactions in accordance with approved commercial terms.
• Coordinate billing and invoicing requirements and ensure relevant information is accurately reflected in the system.
• Maintain accurate sales, contract, pricing and customer information in JDE.
• Monitor open contracts and follow up on outstanding actions to support timely execution.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, contract status updates and other information required by the Sales team.
• Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Documentation, Supply Chain, Finance and other internal teams to support smooth order execution.
• Assist the Sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational requirements.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of sales support processes.
• Ensure sales documentation and system transactions comply with established company procedures and approval requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in sales support, sales administration, order management, contract administration or commercial operations, preferably within a manufacturing or B2B environment.
• Experience using JDE, SAP or other ERP systems would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of sales contracts, order processing and billing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling commercial and system data.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across different functions.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced business environment.
