• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant activities.
• Assist in coordinating front-of-house and kitchen operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Monitor customer service and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene are consistently maintained.
• Assist in managing staff attendance, shift arrangements, and manpower allocation.
• Monitor stock levels, food usage, wastage, and operational supplies.
• Assist in achieving daily sales and restaurant performance targets.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
• Conduct staff briefings and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure employees comply with company SOPs, food safety, and Halal requirements.
• Assist with stock taking, cash control, and daily operational reporting.
• Take responsibility for restaurant operations when the Restaurant Manager is unavailable.
• Support management in implementing new operational procedures and company initiatives.

Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Minimum SPM; Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in restaurant operations is preferred.
• Strong ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Able to monitor staff performance and maintain workplace discipline.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOPs.
• Able to handle customer complaints and operational challenges effectively.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a high-volume and fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
