The Marketing Assistant supports the Marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented, creative, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

1 Campaign Support

1.1 Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (seasonal, festive, and ad‑hoc)

1.2 Coordinate with vendors, designers, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.

2 Content & Collateral

2.1 Draft basic copy for social media posts, promotions, and in‑store materials.

3 Digital & Social Media

3.1 Schedule and monitor posts across social platforms.

3.2 Track engagement metrics and prepare simple reports.

4 Administration & Coordination

4.1 Maintain marketing files, databases, and campaign calendars.

4.2 Assist with budget tracking and administrative functions.

5 Customer Engagement

5.1 Help monitor online reviews and customer feedback.

5.2 Draft responses or escalate issues to the A&P Manager.

Requirement

1 Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2 Strong written and verbal communication skills.

3 Basic knowledge of social media platforms and MS Office.

4 Creative mind-set with attention to detail.

5 Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
