Kerja Website QA - UX Intern di SHOUT PTE LTD - Maukerja

We're looking for a detail-oriented intern or freelancer to review and test our website from the perspective of a real user. You'll help us identify bugs, broken links, confusing user flows, and opportunities to improve the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Test all pages, buttons, forms, and website functions.
• Check the website across desktop and mobile devices.
• Identify bugs, broken links, and loading issues.
• Review navigation and customer journey.
• Suggest improvements to usability, layout, and content.
• Prepare a report with findings and recommendations.
• Work with our team to verify fixes where required.

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with websites and digital user experiences.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
• Able to clearly document findings and recommendations.
