Job Summary
Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently to support manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, safety, and operational improvements under supervisor guidance.
Responsibilities
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet processing requirements
Inspect equipment regularly to detect malfunctions, needed repairs, or part replacements
Perform routine maintenance on machinery to sustain production quality and efficiency
Clean and dismantle machining parts to support equipment upkeep
Follow supervisor instructions to complete assigned tasks within deadlines
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area to comply with safety standards
Recommend improvements to production processes to increase efficiency and safety
Participate in waste management initiatives to reduce operational waste
Identify and report unsafe operations promptly to supervisors to prevent accidents
Assist junior operators by providing guidance and support in their tasks
Perform additional duties as assigned by the company to support production goals
