What You’ll Be Exposed To

Residential, commercial and industrial conveyancing matters

Drafting, reviewing and preparing legal documents

Legal searches, due diligence and completion work

Liaising with clients, banks, developers, agents and authorities

Managing conveyancing files from start to completion

Working closely with senior lawyers and learning the practical aspects of conveyancing

️ Who We’re Looking For

Called to the Singapore Bar

and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor

Freshly called lawyers or 0–2 years' PQE

Conveyancing experience is welcome, but

freshly called candidates are encouraged to apply

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Organised, responsible and detail-oriented

Most importantly —

willingness to learn and a genuine interest in property law
