Support daily HR and administrative operations within the healthcare environment
Handle recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation
Maintain and update employee records, leave administration, attendance, and HR databases
Prepare employment-related documents such as letters of appointment, confirmation, renewal, and resignation
Coordinate staff onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure accurate submission of attendance and leave records
Support work pass applications, renewals, and other MOM-related matters where applicable
Coordinate staff medical check-ups, training records, certifications, and vaccination tracking
Manage office administration duties including procurement of office supplies, filing, scheduling, and vendor coordination
Support employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and internal events
Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulatory requirements
Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management
