We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Safety Coordinator to support the company's Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) compliance initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate safety programs, maintain compliance documentation, assist in risk assessments, and work closely with internal departments and regulatory authorities to ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on OSH compliance activities and corrective actions.
• Maintain and update safety-related records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in conducting HIRARC, workplace inspections, and safety audits.
• Coordinate safety training, toolbox meetings, and awareness programs.
• Monitor PPE issuance and workplace safety practices.
• Liaise with DOSH, BOMBA, consultants, and other relevant authorities on compliance matters.
• Support implementation of Emergency Response Plans (ERP), Permit to Work (PTW), and other safety programs.
• Assist in closing safety findings and improving workplace safety systems.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1-3 years of OSH or manufacturing experience will have an added advantage.
• Good documentation, report writing, and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of Malaysian OSH regulations and compliance requirements
• Candidates with relevant safety-related certifications are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
