Kerja Sepenuh Masa Maintenance Planner Engineer, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,500 di Malaya Glass Products Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage rolling annual maintenance plans for all disciplines within the Reliability function.
• Utilise the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to develop, schedule and issue maintenance work orders, while effectively managing maintenance planning activities.
• Develop single-cycle maintenance plans and one-off solutions to address reliability issues through analysis of equipment performance and maintenance data.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to determine and agree on maintenance activities to be included in the weekly maintenance plan.
• Lead weekly pre-planning meetings with Reliability and Maintenance team members to review, coordinate and publish weekly maintenance plans.
• Manage the procurement and availability of materials required for planned maintenance activities.
• Coordinate the use of contract labour for maintenance work requiring specialised skills or resources beyond the capability of in-house maintenance personnel.
• Provide training and technical support to site users on the CMMS and maintenance planning processes.
• Analyse reliability and maintenance performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance effectiveness and equipment reliability.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of direct industrial maintenance experience, with at least 2 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling or coordination.
• Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and familiar with maintenance planning and work order management.
• Good understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance practices and safety procedures, including LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and PTW (Permit to Work).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple maintenance activities and priorities effectively.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
