About the Role

The Product Specialist plays a key role in driving commercial growth while ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day vehicle sales operations.

This role combines business development, sales support, customer relationship management, and operations coordination. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to develop business opportunities, support sales transactions, and oversee the end-to-end process from deal coordination through vehicle registration and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and individual customers.

• Generate leads through various channels and platforms to expand the customer base.

• Support the sales team in converting leads and executing vehicle sales transactions.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle solutions.

• Assist in preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and following up on sales opportunities.

• Work towards achieving individual and team sales and revenue targets.

Sales Operations & Deal Coordination

• Coordinate sales deals from confirmation through to completion, ensuring all requirements are fulfilled.

• Manage sales documentation and ensure all paperwork is accurately prepared, submitted, and properly maintained.

• Liaise with internal departments, customers, dealers, partners, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of sales commitments.

• Monitor the sales pipeline and provide timely updates on vehicle and transaction status.

• Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact the sales or delivery process.

Vehicle Registration & Transfer

• Manage the end-to-end vehicle registration and ownership transfer process with relevant authorities and external partners.

• Prepare, verify, and submit the necessary documentation for vehicle registrations and transfers.

• Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.

• Follow up on outstanding documentation and requirements to ensure timely completion.

Vehicle Delivery & Logistics

• Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure vehicles are properly prepared, inspected, and ready for handover.

• Coordinate logistics and resolve any delivery-related issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Maintain accurate records and updates on vehicle status throughout the sales and delivery process.

Market & Business Insights

• Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Identify potential opportunities to grow the business and improve sales processes.

• Share market feedback and customer insights with the team to support business and marketing initiatives.

• Support promotional campaigns and other business development activities where required.

About you

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels; Diploma preferred

• Valid Class 3 driving license (mandatory)

• Comfortable with driving and handling vehicles when required

• Strong organisational and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility

• Prior experience in automotive, logistics, or sales operations is an advantage
