We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Junior Executive, Group Human Resources to join the Group Human Resources Department. In this role, you will primarily support the Company's Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives while assisting with various human resource functions, including attendance management, leave administration and performance management.
Job Scope
- Coordinate and administer the Company's training and development programmes, including training schedules, registrations, attendance records and post-training evaluations
- Assist in identifying training needs and support the implementation of learning and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare training-related reports and documentation
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programmes for new hires
- Administer employee attendance, leave applications and related HR records in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in the coordination and administration of the Company's performance management and KPI processes
- Maintain and update employee information, personnel files and HR databases
- Support employee engagement activities, staff communications and HR programmes
- Prepare HR reports, letters and other documentation as required
- Assist with recruitment, HR administration and other human resource functions when necessary
- Undertake ad-hoc HR projects and assignments as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant working experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest or experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and employee training administration
- Basic knowledge of HR practices, including attendance management, leave administration and performance management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English
Location
Persiaran Raja Chulan, Kuala Lumpur (a shuttle service is provided between the Masjid Jamek LRT Station and the office)
Pay: RM2,800.00 per month
