Kerja Sepenuh Masa Marketing Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 7,500 di SHAPEE TRADING & DISTRIBUTION (M) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

This is a hands-on marketing leadership role for someone who wants to move beyond simply executing campaigns. You will take ownership of Shapee's marketing function across brand and marketing strategy, digital and performance marketing, content and social media, trade marketing and retail activation, baby fairs and events, KOL/influencer/PR, product launches and campaigns, and marketing budget and performance. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and E-commerce team to ensure online, offline and trade marketing activities work together to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Shapee's annual and quarterly marketing strategy
• Lead integrated campaigns from planning through execution and performance review
• Develop digital marketing strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google and other relevant channels
• Work closely with the E-commerce team on customer acquisition and digital campaigns
• Lead trade marketing strategy and work closely with Sales to maximise the commercial impact of baby fairs and retail activations
• Develop content direction and social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook
• Lead product launches, KOL/KOC campaigns, partnerships and PR activities
• Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign, event and marketing ROI
• Analyse marketing performance and continuously improve what we do
• Lead the Marketing team and coordinate external agencies, vendors and partners

About you

• 4–7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in consumer brands, FMCG, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, mother and baby, wellness, retail or e-commerce
• Strong understanding of digital and performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok and/or Google advertising
• Experience in trade marketing, retail activation, events or exhibitions
• Strong commercial and analytical thinking
• Able to understand marketing numbers such as ROAS, CAC, conversion, AOV and ROI
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Experience working with creative teams, agencies or external vendors
• Good understanding of branding, content and consumer behaviour
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
