Job Summary
As a Full-Time Psychologist at Bravemind Psychology, you will deliver high-quality psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions, specializing in CBT, EMDR, anxiety, phobias, and trauma, while contributing to clinical service development.
Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments, clinical interviews, and develop comprehensive case formulations to inform treatment planning
Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions and psychotherapy for individuals and couples addressing diverse psychological concerns
Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs
Provide psychological care for clients presenting with mood disorders (e.g. anxiety and depression), phobias, trauma, insomnia, adjustment issues, relationship concerns, neurodiversity, and other relevant difficulties within professional competence
Apply Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities such as Psychodynamic, EMDR, DBT, and ACT according to client needs
Utilize exposure-based and behavioral interventions for phobias and anxiety disorders when clinically indicated and appropriately trained
Deliver trauma-informed and trauma-focused psychological interventions within scope of training and competence
Monitor client progress, work in collaboration with General Practitioners and allied health professionals within the organization to optimize treatment outcomes
Prepare accurate clinical documentation and psychological reports in compliance with professional standards
Collaborate effectively with medical and allied healthcare professionals to coordinate client care
Uphold high standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and clinical governance in all clinical activities
Participate actively in peer consultation, case discussions, and continuing professional development to maintain clinical excellence
Contribute to the design and development of Bravemind’s psychological services, workshops, psychoeducation, and specialized clinical programs
Support and foster a strong, ethical, and collaborative psychology team environment
Required competencies and certifications
Master’s degree in Psychology in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Neuropsychology, Educational Psychology, or a relevant recognized discipline
More than 3 years of relevant clinical practice experience
Eligible for registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)
Demonstrated experience conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based psychological interventions
Strong clinical knowledge and practical experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities (Psychodynamic, EMDR, DBT, ACT, etc.)
Proficient clinical communication, case formulation, and therapeutic skills
Ability to independently manage a clinical caseload and collaborate within a healthcare environment
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centred psychological practice
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Doctorate degree in Psychology or related field (e.g., PhD, PsyD, or equivalent recognized qualification)
More than 5 years of clinical experience
Clinical experience in phobias, anxiety disorders, and exposure-based interventions
Additional training in EMDR or other recognized trauma-focused psychological approaches
Experience delivering trauma-informed and trauma-focused psychological care
Experience managing complex psychological presentations
Experience in psychological or neuropsychological assessment
Experience developing psychological programs, workshops, or psychoeducation initiatives
Interest or experience in clinical supervision, mentoring, or developing junior psychologists
Additional training in CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, or other evidence-based approaches
