SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations and to ensure compliance with the Company policies and statutory requirements/ guidelines.
• Review and booking of vendor invoices, processing vendor payments on due dates.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Preparation of weekly cash flow statement.
• Review and booking of Inter-company invoices.
• Liaison with bankers, auditor, tax agent, company secretary and etc
• Prompt submission of monthly periodical & ad hoc reports.
• Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and function as and when assign by the superior.
• To prepare and submit SST forms in compliance with SST ruling and deadlines

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/ Accountancy/Banking, or equivalent
• Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment
• Minimum 3-4 years of work experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with Accounting software, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
• Analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English
• A person should be an excellent team player, learning oriented, and proactive in his/her work

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
