We are looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive (Mid to Senior Role) to support our brand’s growth across digital and offline channels. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns, managing events, and driving strategies that connect with beauty consumers and elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns aligned with brand strategy and objectives.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Team to develop impactful marketing materials.
• Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of all promotional content across platforms.
• Oversee content creation for social media, website, and email marketing
• Engage actively with followers and respond to inquiries or feedback on digital platforms.
• Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed.

Events & Promotions

• Coordinate and execute product launches, pop-up events, exhibitions, and promotional roadshows.
• Prepare necessary documentation for event approvals and ensure all activities run smoothly.

Branding & Collateral Management

• Manage production and distribution of promotional assets, including brochures, displays, signages, and digital content.
• Collaborate with design teams to create visually compelling event themes and marketing visuals.
• Maintain up-to-date branding across all marketing touchpoints.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

• Assist in executing marketing initiatives that support sales targets and customer acquisition.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of promotional budgets and expenses.
