Production Engineer (Fresh Graduates Welcome!)

Working hours: 6 days

Working days: Monday to Saturday, (Alternate Saturday)

Working time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Working location: Senai / Pontian, Johor.

Job Description (Responsibilities) :

• Report to Production Manager for the production and delivery of products for a production line or a particular project.
• Meeting clients' needs in terms of quality and quantity of products.
• Plan for production schedule, delivery programme and mould requirements.
• Monitor and improve production and delivery effectiveness and efficiency.
• Liaise with the clients on the delivery requirements and variations.
• Responsible for the control of shop drawings in the production area.
• Investigate the cause of non-conforming product and the corrective action needed to prevent recurrence.
• Act as a leader in his team to carry out projects assigned and feedback to Production Manager'

Job Specification (Qualifications & Requirements) :

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fresh graduate with strong leadership are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate with internship or industrial training will have an added advantage .
