About the Role

As a Barista, you are the face of our café and play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for customers. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items while delivering excellent customer service. The role also requires maintaining cleanliness, stock control, and upholding the café’s brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and café menu items to company standards.
• Greet and interact with customers warmly, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Handle customer orders efficiently, including cash and POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter, dining area, and equipment.
• Assist in restocking inventory and monitoring supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and café SOPs at all times.
• Support teammates during peak hours to ensure smooth outlet operations.
• Address customer feedback and escalate issues to supervisors/management if needed.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality is an added advantage.
• Previous experience as a barista or in F&B service is preferred but not required (training provided).
• Passion for coffee, customer service, and hospitality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: 2,200.00 (MYR) – 3,000.00 (MYR) per month
