About the role

This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, managing accounts with high service quality to build long-term partnerships. You will oversee projects and programs to meet scope, schedule, and budget, while driving account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities. You will represent client interests within the organization, manage timelines and deliverables, build strong rapport with customers, and track KPIs and program health.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers

• Conduct regular business reviews with clients (quarterly)

• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables for programs

• Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, quality)

• Track revenue, margins, and profitability of accounts

• Report on program performance metrics

• Identify potential risks in delivery or supply chain

• Escalate and resolve issues quickly

• Align account strategies with corporate goals

About you

• Project Management: Able to work with both customers and all the various internal teams to deliver the customers' requirement

• ERP Systems: Understand the ERP system concept, logistic and able to use the system

• Contract Management: Complete knowledge in how contract manufacturing works and process involved

• Industry Knowledge (ECM): Electronics component lifecycle management, supply chain dynamics, manufacturing process, quality standards (ISO, IPC, RoHS)

• Communication & Presentation: Clear, persuasive client interactions

• Leadership & Team Coordination: Guiding cross-functional teams

• Problem-Solving: Quick resolution of client or program issues

• Relationship Building: Trust-based partnerships with clients

• Strategic Thinking: Aligning account growth with company vision

• Resilience & Adaptability: Handling pressure in fast-paced environments
