• Overtime may be required based on operational needs.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Product Process Assistant to support daily production and process operations. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a structured environment, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Support production, process handling, and basic testing activities
• Monitor workflow and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Identify and report process issues or operational delays
• Assist in resolving issues and escalate where necessary
• Maintain proper documentation and records of operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Work closely with team members to support smooth operations

Requirements

• Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply; training will be provided
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures
• Comfortable with hands-on work in a production or operations environment
