Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, counter, and workstations.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Replenish stock and ensure displays are well maintained.
• Work closely with team members to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or retail environment is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, punctual, and a team player.
