Part-Time Redemption Activity Crew
Dates: 7 & 8 Nov 2026
Locations: Jewel Changi Airport / Changi Airport Terminal 3, Basement 1
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Rate: $12/hour ( 45 Min Unpaid Break)
We are looking for friendly and energetic individuals to support an exciting redemption activity at Changi Airport.
Job Duties:
Assist customers with the redemption process
Explain redemption mechanics and activity details clearly
Distribute redemption items to eligible customers
Manage queues and customer flow
Attend to customer enquiries
Provide general event support when required
Requirements:
Proactive, friendly and approachable
Customer-oriented with a positive service attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsible, reliable and committed
Comfortable interacting with customers and members of the public
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior event or customer service experience is an advantage
Training will be provided
