Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Good written and spoken English skills. German is not required for collaboration within the international team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.


Must Have:

  • Strong JavaScript & TypeScript Experience: Hands-on development experience in JavaScript and TypeScript with ReactJS.
  • Git & GitHub Version Control Workflows: Proven experience with GitHub and best practices—including branching, pulling, handling merge conflicts, and code reviews.
  • Basic Cloud Fundamentals: Solid understanding of core cloud concepts on at least one major platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).


Nice to Have:

  • Atlassian Forge & Platform Knowledge: Direct experience with Atlassian Forge, REST APIs, Jira, or Jira Service Management (JSM) is a strong plus.
  • AI Tooling & Agentic AI: Experience using GitHub Copilot or other AI development agents/tools to optimize coding, testing, and productivity.
  • ITSM & Service Portals: General understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, workflows, and service desks.
