Kerja Sepenuh Masa Renovation Project Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di Panas Express Federal Territory - Maukerja

We fit out new Panas Express outlets inside hospitals, campuses, hotels, offices and residences. We need a hands-on supervisor to run small-to-medium renovation sites from start to handover.

This is a mid-level role. You already know how a site runs and can manage contractors on your own, but you don't need to be a senior project manager.

What you'll do

• Coordinate contractors: electrical, carpentry, painting, air-conditioning, CCTV mounting and shelving
• Visit sites, track progress with photos, and manage snag lists
• Keep the schedule and basic cost records, and flag problems early
• Make sure every outlet is ready before handing it over to the operations team

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience on renovation or fit-out sites (retail or F&B fit-out is a plus)
• Able to read basic drawings and mark-ups
• Own transport, and willing to travel between sites in KL and Selangor
• Good Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
• Fresh graduates, and senior managers with 10+ years of experience, are not the right fit for this role

Salary

RM3,000 – RM4,000 per month, based on experience
