Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong experience in Java development and Oracle PL/SQL to design, develop, and support enterprise applications.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.
  • Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL components to ensure system performance and reliability.
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and database-related issues.
  • Participate in code reviews, system enhancements, and technical documentation.
  • Support CI/CD implementation and application deployments.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.


Key Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Java application development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices architecture.
  • Experience in Oracle PL/SQL development, including stored procedures, packages, triggers, performance tuning, and database optimization.
  • Experience in REST API development, system integration, and event-driven architecture.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
  • Good understanding of software design patterns, secure coding practices, and application performance optimization.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an Agile environment.
  • Experience in the Insurance domain is an added advantage.
