We are looking for a creative, curious and driven Digital Marketing Intern to help us build a distinctive brand, create compelling content and grow our online presence. If you enjoy storytelling, social media, visual design and experimenting with new ideas, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Social Media & Content Creation
Plan, create and publish engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
Develop creative concepts, scripts, captions and storylines for short-form videos, reels and posts.
Film and edit videos showcasing our cleaning services, behind-the-scenes operations, team culture and customer experiences.
Identify social media trends and find creative ways to incorporate them into Chowa's brand.
2. Brand Building & Creative Design
Assist in developing and maintaining Chowa's visual identity and brand voice across digital platforms.
Design marketing materials, social media graphics, promotional banners and other digital assets using Canva or similar tools.
Help create content that communicates our commitment to quality, professionalism and exceptional customer care.
Contribute ideas for campaigns, seasonal promotions and brand awareness initiatives.
3. Digital Marketing & Growth
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and customer enquiries.
Support website content updates, SEO improvements and blog writing.
Research competitors, industry trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
Explore AI tools and new marketing technologies to improve content creation and marketing efficiency.
4. Performance & Analytics
Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, views and follower growth.
Track campaign results and prepare simple reports with actionable insights.
Experiment with different content formats, hooks, captions and posting strategies.
Suggest improvements based on data and audience feedback.
Who We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or a related field.
Passionate about social media, digital storytelling, branding and creative content.
Comfortable creating short-form video content and using platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
Familiar with Canva, CapCut or similar creative tools.
Strong written communication skills and an eye for aesthetics and detail.
Resourceful, proactive and willing to experiment, learn and take ownership of projects.
Able to work independently while collaborating with a small, growing team.
Bonus points if you:
Have a portfolio of social media content, videos, designs or previous marketing projects.
Enjoy photography, videography, editing or copywriting.
Have experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO or paid advertising.
Are interested in lifestyle, home improvement, interior design or premium consumer brands.
