1) Healthcare Assistant
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Nursing or healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience in eye care, outpatient clinics, or operating theatre is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, caring, and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Flexible to assist in different areas when needed.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Be at the heart of patient care — support patients throughout their clinic visits, procedures, surgeries, and recovery.
- Work alongside doctors and the clinical team during outpatient consultations, eye procedures, and surgical sessions.
- Support daily operations across our outpatient clinic, operating theatre, treatment rooms, and daycare surgery ward.
- Prepare and maintain a safe clinical environment, including instrument sterilization and infection-control practices.
- Prepare and care for patients before and after procedures, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and well supported.
- Connect with patients through basic counseling, health education, and compassionate communication.
- Be the link that keeps things moving by coordinating with doctors, nurses, and other departments for seamless patient care.
- Enjoy variety in your work with opportunities to rotate across OT, counseling, medication-related support, and general nursing duties.
- Keep things organized and accurate by maintaining patient records, treatment entries, and surgical charges.
- Take ownership of supplies by monitoring medical inventory and ensuring essential equipment and consumables are always available.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience by listening to feedback and handling concerns with professionalism and empathy.

2) Staff Nurse
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- OT & Clinic Support – Assist doctors during surgeries and clinic procedures.
- CSSD Management – Ensure surgical instruments are properly sterilised and always available.
- Patient Care – Conduct initial assessments, assist with treatments, and prepare patients for procedures.
- Patient Counselling – Provide clear health education, guidance, and emotional support.
- Team Coordination – Liaise with doctors and staff to ensure smooth, high-quality patient care.
- Pre & Post-Operative Care – Manage surgical patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Inventory Management – Maintain adequate medical supplies, consumables, and equipment.
- Patient Records & Safety – Maintain confidential health information and uphold high safety and ethical standards. Clinical Administration – Ensure surgical charges and relevant documentation are accurately recorded.
- Centre Growth – Participate in marketing, service improvement, and expansion initiatives when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Registered with the Malaysian Nursing Board
- Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written
- Polite, caring, and patient-focused
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- 1–3 years of relevant clinical/nursing experience is an added advantage
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
