The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) Foundation is dedicated to mobilising businesses to grow their social impact and contribute meaningfully to community. At the Foundation, we believe that people are at the heart of every business, and that businesses, in turn, have the power to shape a more compassionate and inclusive society.

MigrantWell Singapore (MWS) is an initiative under the SBF Foundation dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of migrant workers in Singapore.

As part of the Secretariat team, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful work across two key areas: (1) programme and grant management, including tracking deliverables, preparing reports and meeting materials, and supporting data collation and analysis; and (2) communications and outreach, including developing content for social media and digital platforms, supporting the Annual Report and stakeholder materials, and coordinating outreach activities.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience across programme management, communications and stakeholder engagement, while contributing to initiatives that make a positive difference to the migrant worker community in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Implementation and Grant Management

• Support programme implementation across the care gap portfolio:
• Track deliverables, grant conditions and performance indicators against approved plans
• Assist in preparing accurate reports and funding documentation for the Programme Committee and funders
• Support the organisation of Programme Committee and Board meetings

• Support research, data collation and analysis for programme evaluation

Communications and Outreach

• Support communications and outreach activities for MWS:
• Support the production of the Annual Report and other stakeholder-facing materials
• Help monitor and compile website and social media analytics
Assist in coordinating with vendors on communications-related projects

Requirements

• Preferably pursuing studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, Political Science, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field.
• Accuracy in handling data and strong attention to detail
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret programme indicators and performance metrics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of five months starting from Jan 2027
