Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially minded professional to join our CEO’s Office, Investor Relations & Strategy team. The role supports senior management in investor relations, corporate and strategic planning, financial and business performance analysis, executive reporting, stakeholder engagement and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate should possess strong financial fundamentals and be able to translate complex financial, business and market information into meaningful insights for management and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of investor relations strategies and engagements with investors, analysts and key stakeholders.
• Analyse financial statements, business performance, market trends, investor sentiment and competitor performance to provide meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Prepare investor presentations, financial updates, executive reports, Board/Management papers and senior management presentations.
• Support investment evaluation, deal-related analysis, feasibility studies and strategic business initiatives.
• Support corporate and strategic planning, including business plans, KPI monitoring and performance reporting.
• Coordinate investor roadshows, AGMs, earnings-related activities and other key stakeholder engagements.
• Work closely with internal departments and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution.
• Support senior management engagements and prepare executive briefing materials and presentation decks.
• Maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, the Trustee, shareholders and business partners.
• Ensure appropriate governance, confidentiality and compliance in all reporting and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within Corporate Finance, Investment, Investor Relations, Equity Research, Financial Analysis, Strategy, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory or related areas.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, valuation and investment fundamentals.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse business and financial performance and translate findings into meaningful insights for management and investors.
• Experience in preparing Board/Management papers, financial reports and executive-level presentations.
• Strong analytical, commercial and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and work effectively with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience within listed companies, REITs, investment companies or financial institutions would be an added advantage.
• Professional qualifications such as CFA, ACCA, MIA or equivalent would be advantageous.
