About The Role

One People Team (OPT) is an HR advisory and leadership development company that partners closely with founders and leadership teams across Southeast Asia to help them build high-performing teams, strengthen people practices, and support business growth.

As part of our fractional HR advisory work, we’re supporting Endeavor Malaysia in finding an Entrepreneur Experience Associate to join their team.

This is a junior-level opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are curious about startups, passionate about entrepreneurship, and excited to work closely with some of Malaysia’s most ambitious founders.

In this role, you’ll help create a meaningful and high-quality experience for entrepreneurs in the Endeavor network, while gaining first-hand exposure to founders, mentors, investors, fast-growing companies, and Malaysia’s broader startup ecosystem.

This role plays an important part in supporting entrepreneurs throughout their Endeavor journey and ensuring they have access to the right connections, resources, and opportunities as they grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding and engagement of entrepreneurs in the Endeavor network.
• Coordinate meetings, mentorship sessions, events, selection panels, and advisory boards.
• Prepare entrepreneur profiles, presentation decks, briefing notes, and meeting materials.
• Conduct research on companies, industries, markets, and growth opportunities.
• Track entrepreneur progress, engagement, and portfolio information.
• Identify relevant mentors, resources, connections, and opportunities for entrepreneurs.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with local and global Endeavor teams on programmes and initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Fresh graduate or junior professional with approximately 0–2 years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or another relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good research, analytical, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
• Confident interacting with different stakeholders and willing to learn how to engage senior business leaders.
• Proactive, dependable, resourceful, and genuinely interested in startups, entrepreneurship, business, or venture ecosystems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with presentation and database tools is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team and collaborating with multicultural teams across different countries and time zones.

Previous experience in a startup, internship, university organisation, consulting project, investment-related role, or event coordination would be helpful, but is not required.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and excited to support entrepreneurs on their growth journeys.
