The Role:
B2C Sales Support (2-3 days)
Coordinate B2C projects, campaigns, operational activities and internal communications.
Support campaign and Club action setup across relevant channels.
Manage user accounts, SKU setup, pricing updates and access requirements across key business systems.
Coordinate retail supplies, procurement, vendors, uniforms, billing matters and other administrative requirements.
Support Trade and eMarketplace order processing and follow up on outstanding payments with AR team.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and third-party partners, ensuring service and contractual standards are met.
Maintain and improve SOPs, system guides and documentation.
Support temporary setups and activations, ensuring operational readiness.
Coffee Specialist — Boutique (2 days)
Sell coffee, machines and accessories while contributing to individual and Boutique sales targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs.
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with sales guidance and promotions.
Welcome and register new customers, introduce them to Club services and support their first purchase.
Maintain accurate customer records and actively manage the customer database.
Process payments and manage the cash till accurately in accordance with procedures.
Support the overall smooth operation and excellence of the Boutique.
Requirements
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable with sales and upselling.
Adaptable and confident working in both office and retail environments.
Strong communication, coordination & follow-up skills.
Proactive, reliable and comfortable working with systems and processes.
An interest in coffee, premium products and customer experience.
*Please note that this is a 1 year contract role, renewable.
