Sales Assistant Manager – F&B Roles & Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Manager in achieving restaurant sales targets.

Supervise and guide the sales team in daily activities.

Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, customers, and event organizers.

Promote restaurant food, beverage, catering, and event packages.

Handle enquiries, quotations, bookings, and corporate orders.

Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.

Coordinate with the restaurant and kitchen teams for events and large orders.

Plan and support promotions, special events, and marketing activities.

Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and prepare reports.

Handle customer feedback and resolve sales-related complaints.

Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Monitor competitors and current F&B market trends.

Assist in pricing, package development, and sales strategies.

Train and motivate sales executives to improve performance.

Ensure proper documentation of sales, bookings, and customer accounts.
