Position Summary

Serve as the central coordination point for APAC infrastructure initiatives, providing project delivery, technical coordination, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management across Network, Voice & Video, Workplace, and Infrastructure programs.

Responsible for ensuring successful execution of projects, operational readiness, vendor coordination, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of Network, Voice & Video, Workplace and Infrastructure projects across APAC. 

• Lead project execution using Agile and Scrum methodologies. 

• Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets and stakeholder communications. 

• Act as the primary interface between stakeholders, vendors, service providers and technical teams. 

• Coordinate network upgrades, office build-outs, site migrations, WAN/LAN deployments, telephony and collaboration technology implementations. 

• Support Mosaic and strategic infrastructure initiatives through planning, governance, reporting and delivery oversight. 

• Maintain project governance documentation, meeting cadence, action logs and deployment readiness activities. 

• Track project delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO) and provide leadership reporting. 

• Drive issue resolution and escalation management to ensure timely project completion and operational issues closure. 

• Develop dashboards and status reports for leadership. 

• Support operational excellence initiatives including KPI tracking, performance reporting and service improvements.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years in Network, Infrastructure, Voice & Video, or Technology Project Delivery. 

• Experience supporting regional or global IT infrastructure programs. 

• Experience working across multiple countries and vendors. 

• Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, office moves, or infrastructure transformation programs. 

• Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent knowledge preferred.
