Job Summary:

We are looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist/Executive to manage and grow affiliate partnerships that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. You will focus on recruiting affiliates, executing campaigns, tracking performance, and optimizing ROI across affiliate channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates (influencers, content creators, agencies, TikTok & Shopee partners)
• Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates
• Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and campaign placements
• Provide affiliates with creatives, tracking links, and promo codes

2. Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Plan and execute affiliate campaigns aligned with sales targets
• Monitor performance (traffic, conversion rate, ROAS) and optimize campaigns
• Conduct A/B testing, adjust commissions, and refine placement strategies
• Coordinate seasonal promotions and product launches

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Track affiliate performance using platforms like Shopee Affiliate & TikTok Affiliate
• Analyze KPIs: click-through rate, conversion rate, average order value, revenue contribution
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and recommend growth strategies

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, e-commerce, content, and design teams to create effective creatives
• Align affiliate promotions with paid ads, live campaigns, and marketplace promotions
• Manage affiliate events and roadshows
• Ensure all affiliate messaging follows brand guidelines

5. Market Research & Trend Monitoring

• Monitor competitor affiliate strategies
• Identify new affiliate platforms and traffic opportunities
• Stay updated on performance marketing and affiliate trends

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate, performance, or influencer marketing
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiar with affiliate platforms (Shopee Affiliate, TikTok Affiliate, affiliate agencies)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Target-driven and results-oriented

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce marketplace environment
• Knowledge of paid ads or influencer marketing
• Understanding of tracking pixels / attribution
• Experience managing affiliates for live commerce

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
