Position: Intern (Degree in Health Sciences/Medical/Pharmacy/relevant healthcare fields)

Industry: Healthcare and Life Sciences industry

Working Duration: Depends on university requirements

Working Day/Hours: Monday - Friday; Based on university internship requirements

Working Location: Kuala Lumpur

Allowance: RM 1,200


We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded intern to supports Commercial Outsourcing business across Southeast Asia. The intern will play a key role in supporting business development and pipeline generation activities through market research, target account mapping, contact database development, and prospecting support. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year student with an interest in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical services, medical devices, or business development.



Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct target account mapping across pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies in Southeast Asia.


  • Build and maintain a database of prospective clients, including key decision-makers and influencers.


  • Assist with LinkedIn and other outreach initiatives to increase market coverage and engagement.


  • Support preparation of client profiles, account plans, presentations, and business development materials.


  • Assist with networking, and lead-generation activities.




Preferred Experience & Skills


  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Healthcare


  • Strong interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or commercial services.


  • Keen interest in business development, sales, marketing, or consulting.


  • Strong research and analytical capabilities.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and LinkedIn.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.


  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
