Your Role:

Your leadership will drive efficiency, profitability, and a positive team spirit.

• Operational Support: Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, equipment maintenance, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
• Staff Support: Aid in the recruitment, training, and management of staff, contributing to enhanced team efficiency and service quality.
• Financial Assistance: Support the financial management processes, including budgeting, cost control, and profit analysis, to ensure the restaurant’s financial stability.
• Customer Service Support: Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
• Menu & Marketing Assistance: Contribute to menu management and promotional activities, helping enhance the restaurant’s competitiveness in the market.
• Food Safety, Supplier Collaboration, and Legal Compliance: Participate in maintaining food safety standards, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Additional Responsibilities: Take on tasks assigned by the management team, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of restaurant management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
