Job Summary

We are seeking for a Human Resource Executive professional to join our HR team on a full-time basis in Bandar Dato Onn, Johor. In this role, you will support to our HR department, helping to ensure that our employees receive the best possible experience and supporting the company's strategic HR objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Payroll

• Handle recruitment activities from job posting to onboarding.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
• fill up manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and recruitment agencies.
• Handle monthly payroll

2. Training & Development

• Coordinate employee training
• Maintain training records and monitor training completion.
• Work with department heads to identify training needs.

3. HR Administration

• Maintain employee records.
• Support payroll, leave administration, and attendance management.
• Handle renewal permit for foreign workers

4. General Administration

• Manage daily administrative tasks and company documentation.
• Provide administrative support for daily office operations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties to assign from time to time

Who We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in Human Resources role, TNB, project, construction is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
