Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions that inspire and develop students’ skills in their field of study.
• Develop and enhance teaching materials, including lecture notes, modules, and learning resources to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
• Design, assess, and evaluate assignments, projects, tests, and examinations.
• Actively contribute to academic and school meetings, supporting continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Supervise and guide undergraduate students in their academic projects and dissertations (where applicable).
• Provide academic and pastoral support, mentoring students in both academic and non-academic matters.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and conferences, including presenting papers at local, national, or regional levels.
• Contribute to publications and content, including journals, institutional platforms, and media channels (where applicable).
• Support student development activities, including competitions, projects, and industry-related initiatives.
• Assist in programme promotion and student recruitment activities.
• Organise and support academic events, workshops, and talks to enrich the learning environment.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in English, English Language Studies, TESL, Applied Linguistics, English Literature, or a related field.
• Teaching experience in higher education is an added advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Passionate about teaching and student development.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
