Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Accounts cum Operations Assistant Interns to support the day-to-day financial and operational functions of the company. This internship provides hands-on experience in accounting, administrative support, process optimization, and business operations.

This is a new division that we are setting up

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Support:

• Assist in data entry for accounts payable and receivable.
• Support reconciliation of bank statements and petty cash.
• Help prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Assist in monthly financial reporting and documentation.
• Maintain and organize financial records in compliance with company standards.

Administrative and Operational Support:

• Support operational processes
• Assist in events organisation and preparations
• Help with administrative tasks such as document filing, data management, and process flow documentation.
• Participate in process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Coordinate with other colleagues to support all areas of operations.

General:

• Provide support for ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
