This is a Repair & Technical Operations Executive role. The responsibilities include troubleshooting electronics and conducting repairs on them, handling returns & refurbishing, arranging exchanges, coordination with customers and other related tasks.
Troubleshoot electronics & conducting repairs
Returns & refurbishing management
Arranging and coordinating exchanges with customers
Inventory management: Labelling, sorting
Basic operations like customer support
Skills Preferred
1-3 years of experience in reparing electronics (projectors, tablets etc)
Diploma or relevant experience in Electronics / Engineering / IT
Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
Organized and able to handle logistics & inventory tasks
Strong communication skills
