Cloud / DevOps Engineer – AWS & KubernetesRole Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cloud / DevOps Engineer to support CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, observability, and AI-assisted operations within a large-scale enterprise digital transformation programme.

The role will be responsible for delivering architecture components aligned with the CEP Ruby target architecture, while working closely with SAP, AWS, Integration, Security, and Business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned architecture and infrastructure components aligned with the CEP Ruby target architecture.
• Manage and support CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes environments, and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with SAP, AWS, Integration, Security, and Business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure and deployment configurations using Terraform and Helm.
• Implement and support monitoring and observability using AWS CloudWatch and Grafana.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, solution designs, testing evidence, and deployment artefacts.
• Support SIT, UAT, production releases, hypercare, and post-production activities.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application issues and drive defect resolution.
• Prepare operational handover documentation and support materials.
• Apply AIOps and AI-assisted operations to improve monitoring, incident detection, troubleshooting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong experience with AWS
• Hands-on experience with Amazon EKS / Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with Terraform
• Experience with Helm
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch
• Experience with Grafana
• Experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production releases, and hypercare
• Experience with AIOps and AI-assisted operations

Experience:

• Typically 5–8+ years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar enterprise technology role.
• Experience working on large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Strong experience collaborating across technical and business teams in an enterprise environment.
• Good technical documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
