ABOUT THIS ROLE

Step into the fast-moving world of beauty e-commerce with KOSÉ Singapore.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to the day-to-day management of our KOSÉ and DECORTÉ e-commerce websites, while giving you the opportunity to support our growing ambitions in live commerce across TikTok Shop and Shopee.

We are looking for an independent, proactive and digitally savvy intern to support the E-Commerce Manager in bringing impactful commercial and digital initiatives to life. You will gain practical experience across our dotcom business, online campaigns and live-commerce activities, while working closely with the team to drive strong execution across our e-commerce channels.

Internship Details

·      Duration: 6 months full time only

·      Start Date: From Nov or Dec 2026

·      Working arrangement: First month onsite, hybrid working arrangement thereafter

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Dotcom Business (80%)

• Support the day to day management of our KOSÉ and DECORTÉ e-commerce websites, including product listings, content updates, implementation of new user-facing features, and continuous improvements to the overall UI/UX and shopping experience
• Act as the key liaison between the e-commerce team and our e-commerce enabler, translating agreed promotional mechanics, commercial plans and performance marketing initiatives into clear execution requirements
• Work closely multiple internal and external stakeholders, including logistics department to ensure stock sufficiency; finance to ensure sales are recorded accurately; and with the design team for new assets; e-commerce enabler and warehouse partner to ensure order fulfilment
• Coordinate closely with the e-commerce enabler to ensure new product launches, promotions, campaign deals and site updates are implemented accurately and according to agreed timelines
• Conduct regular platform hygiene and quality checks across desktop and mobile to ensuring accurate product information, pricing, promotions, links, visuals and site functionality
• Monitor the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve website usability, merchandising, conversion and overall customer experience
• Research, explore and suggest new opportunities to grow the dotcom business beyond what we’re already offering

Livestream Operations (20% - no livestreaming required)

·      Assist with the Kose TikTok Shop & Shopee Live operations, including seeding product sets to the livestreamers

·      Maintain and update the promotional deck for livestreamers to ensure livestreamers have the latest products, promotions and selling mechanics

·      Work closely with TikTok Shop and Shopee to identify new affiliate live opportunities

·      Assist the E-Commerce Manager with day-to-day activities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business, E-Commerce or other related fields
• Familiarity with Shopify is an advantage
• Ideally available for a six-month internship, on a largely full-time basis, with some flexibility around study commitments
• Able to demonstrate through schoolwork, previous internships, extracurricular activities or personal projects an ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver work independently.
• Strong interest in beauty, social commerce and digital marketing
• Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including functions such as PivotTables and XLOOKUP
• Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable communicating and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders
