Role Summary

Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, with a strong focus on network architecture, troubleshooting, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, VLAN, and VNET environments.

• Read, interpret, and work with network architecture and topology diagrams.

• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, connectivity, and infrastructure issues.

• Configure and support firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, and network segmentation.

• Perform network health checks, optimisation, and capacity planning.

• Maintain network documentation and liaise with vendors for technical support.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

• At least 4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience with Network Architecture is mandatory.

• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, VPN, VLAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, and DHCP.

• Must be able to understand and work with network architecture diagrams.

• Experience with public sector projects is a plus.

• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
