Job Description
- Develop and lead seasonal merchandise planning strategies.
- Drive sales forecasting, budgeting, and inventory optimisation.
- Manage OTB planning and stock investment decisions.
- Analyse category performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead allocation, replenishment, and stock productivity initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on commercial planning and execution.
- 8 - 10 years' experience in fashion merchandising/planning.
- Proven experience leading merchandise or category strategies.
- Background in fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or mass retail.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and inventory management expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results.
- Strategic leadership exposure within a reputable retailer.
