Mission

Your mission is to

• Build a customer acquisition engine built to scale beyond Malaysia, and
• Lead a sharp team across Performance Marketing, Content, and Creative achieving revenue target and make ARBA Travel a household name.

What you’ll do

• Oversee for overall go-to-market strategies for group directions, marketing campaigns & launches, project management & market development activities for assigned market portfolios.
• Own and scale the entire marketing stack. From top-of-funnel awareness (Branding/Social) to bottom-of-funnel conversion (Direct Response/Performance).
• Direct oversight of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads and SEO. You don’t just read reports; you know how to optimize for CAC.
• Elevate ARBA’s brand equity. You’ll ensure our philosophy resonates across every touchpoint, building trust in the global industry.
• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary marketing team (Performance Marketing, Content and Creative). You track the KPIs, remove the blockers, and foster a culture of rapid experimentation.

What we’re looking for

• A Full-Fledged Marketing Specialist with Minimum 7 Years of Experience: You must have a deep track record in marketing, with at least 3 years in a high-impact leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue through structured growth playbooks.
• You know how to write copy and design campaigns that make people click and convert now.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable with funnel metrics, experimentation, and attribution.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, you can inspire internal teams and external audiences alike.
• A Malaysian home-grown talent: You possess the local heart and global head required to lead a team in Putrajaya while scaling our brand to the world.
