Overview: Hong Leong Bank is seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and securing exceptional talent to drive our company's success. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on executive and niche roles within the financial industry. Recruitment Agency experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage top-tier candidates through headhunting, market knowledge, and professional networking.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to provide recruitment support.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Enhance the employer brand through social media, content, and industry events.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to provide data-driven insights.

Stakeholder Management:

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong background in headhunting or executive search.
• Proven track record in sourcing senior-level candidates for challenging roles.
• Deep understanding of the financial industry talent landscape (open to all industry backgrounds).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
