QA/QC Executive – Soy Milk Production

Location: Singapore

Reports to: Production Head

We are seeking a hands-on QA/QC Executive to be stationed at our soy milk production facility to ensure daily compliance with hygiene, food safety, quality standards and production SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily hygiene, GMP/GHP and pre-operational inspections.

Monitor staff compliance with personal hygiene, PPE, sanitation and production SOPs.

Ensure production equipment and work areas are properly cleaned and sanitised.

Monitor critical production parameters, including time, temperature and other process controls.

Conduct in-process and finished product quality checks, including packaging, sealing, batch coding and product integrity.

Carry out product sampling and coordinate laboratory/microbiological testing where required.

Identify and report hygiene, food safety and quality non-conformances and follow up on corrective actions.

Maintain QA/QC records, including hygiene, cleaning, production monitoring, testing and non-conformance reports.

Assist in staff training and continuous improvement of hygiene, food safety and production practices.

Maintain product traceability from raw materials through production to customers.

Support and maintain the Company's Product Recall and Product Withdrawal Procedures and conduct mock recall exercises.

Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety and regulatory requirements.

Escalate serious food safety or quality issues to the Production Head and Management.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology or related discipline.

Minimum 2–3 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing.

Experience in beverage, soy milk, dairy or liquid food manufacturing is an advantage.

Familiar with GMP, GHP, HACCP, food hygiene, sanitation, traceability and product recall procedures.

Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable working daily on the production floor.

Able to communicate effectively with production operators and supervisors.

Responsible, observant and confident in identifying and following up on non-compliance.
