Job Responsibilities
Marketing Planning & Campaign Management
- Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing integrated marketing plans that support business objectives, brand priorities and revenue targets.
- Manage the annual marketing calendar across attractions and F&B outlets, ensuring timely execution of thematic, tactical and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of assigned marketing campaigns, from concept development and briefing through launch, activation and post-campaign evaluation.
- Develop campaign strategies, customer propositions, channel plans, budgets, timelines and KPIs aligned with commercial goals.
Digital Marketing, Content & Visitor Engagement
- Plan and optimise marketing activity across digital and traditional channels, including web, social media, search, email marketing and paid media.
- Work with internal teams and agency partners to develop engaging content and creative assets that are aligned with brand guidelines and target audience needs.
- Lead the development of visitor-facing marketing initiatives such as themed installations, branded spaces, experiential activations, promotional campaigns and photo opportunities that enhance the guest experience.
- Explore and apply appropriate analytics and AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness, audience targeting, content development and marketing productivity.
Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Management
- Manage marketing partnerships, co-funded campaigns and collaborative promotions with tourism, payment, travel, lifestyle and commercial partners.
- Develop and implement joint marketing initiatives that support visitor acquisition, revenue generation and brand awareness objectives.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders including Operations, Retail, Sales, Finance and Corporate Communications, as well as external agencies and partners, to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships to facilitate collaboration, problem-solving and operational readiness across projects.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs and business objectives using relevant marketing and commercial data.
- Prepare regular performance reports, insights and recommendations for management and key stakeholders.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews, identify learnings and opportunities, and apply insights to improve future campaign performance and resource allocation.
Budget, Agency & Governance Management
- Manage assigned Advertising & Promotion budgets and monitor expenditure to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, ensuring delivery standards, timelines and agreed outcomes are met.
- Support procurement exercises, tender evaluations and vendor selection processes in accordance with company policies and governance requirements.
- Maintain marketing documentation, trackers, approvals and reporting records to support governance, accountability and audit requirements.
Leadership & Team Development
- Guide and supervise the graphic design team in the delivery of high-quality creative assets and marketing collateral.
- Provide clear direction, coaching and feedback to team members while supporting capability development and cross-functional collaboration.
- Support the Marketing Manager in departmental planning, budgeting and achievement of overall marketing objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, communications or related fields.
- Experience in the tourism, hospitality, attractions, leisure or lifestyle sectors is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Proven experience in campaign planning, stakeholder management and project delivery.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and performance marketing principles.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing and commercial performance data.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational, project management and multitasking abilities.
- Creative, commercially minded and results-oriented approach to marketing.
