About the Role

We’re hiring a Relationship Management Associate to support client relationships, engagement activities and follow-up initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh grads who enjoy working with people and want to build strong communication, networking and relationship management skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and prospective clients
• Engage clients through calls, messages, meetings and engagement activities
• Understand client needs and coordinate appropriate follow-ups
• Assist with client meetings, workshops and networking events
• Keep track of client interactions, appointments and follow-ups
• Support the team in strengthening long-term client relationships
