Kerja Sepenuh Masa Maintenance Technician (Mechanical), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,100 di Inter Island Johor - Maukerja

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Installation of new equipment and supplementary structures in the factory.

2. Preparation of preventive maintenance plans in cooperation with the supervisor.

3. Perform preventive maintenance plans according to equipment documentation, to ensure the normal operation of equipment.

4. Perform routine equipment repairs in the event of a breakdown and solve the related technical problems in the production process.

5. Reading and understanding technical drawings to solve equipment breakdowns.

6. Perform daily inspection of workshop equipment.

7. Control the consumption of maintenance consumables and reduce maintenance costs.

8. Equipment preventive and routine maintenance.

9. Metal working / fabrication task

10. Machine set up before starting production.

11. Others task from Superior

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Mechanical and electrical integration need to have certificates SKM or PW4.

2. Have more than 2 years mechanical maintenance experience.

3. Advantage if familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic principle.

4. Trained in related maintenance and quality system.

5. Strong sense of safety and environmental protection.

6. Strong communication skills and team spirit.

7. Advantage if can read technical drawings

8. Advantage if has ability for both spoken and written English.

9. Have a strong professional dedication.

10. Experience in welding beneficial.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,100.00 per month
